PVEC Football Game “McAulay Jones Day”

Our last official Home Game of the year has become a day that we honour our late teammate and friend McAulay Jones. This year McAulay Jones Day will take place this coming Sunday September 29th when the Park View Panthers play Dartmouth High at 10:30am at Kinsmen Field.
McAulay Jones was an original member of the Panthers Football Team in the team’s first two seasons. McAulay tragically lost a 24-hour battle with Meningitis B, on November 4, 2022. He had just turned 21 and was a 3rd year student at Saint Mary’s University. He is missed by his family, friends & community. His parents, Peter and Heather Jones have established The McAulay Jones Memorial Foundation, in his honour. Music, sports & education, for youth will be the guideposts for the foundation’s giving. At this weekends game, the Panthers will be donating all team 50/50 proceeds to the McAulay Jones Memorial Foundation, as well as accepting donations for the same. We ask that all families and friends in attendance for both teams, please help us support this worthy cause in remembrance of our dearly missed friend McAulay.
