Gardening workshop

A hands-on session with farmer and Bridgewater Community Garden staffer Robin Johnston will take place on March 22, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the LCLC.
This session is designed to help you map out your garden, whether for flowers, vegetables, or pollinators. Learn how to choose the best layout, optimize plant pairings, and create a seasonal planting plan for a thriving, productive space.
We will talk about the basic things to consider when planning a garden (including growing in containers and small spaces) and there will be time to start planning your garden with opportunities to get input from the group. If you already have a garden, it would be helpful to have a rough idea of how big your garden space is and how much light it gets.
If you have extra seeds you’d like to share, feel free to bring them along and swap for something new you’d like to try. Gardeners of all levels are welcome to join!
